Survived the football party

We went to a party yesterday afternoon for the football playoffs. I did a 15 minute walking workout before we went. And although I had some snacks, I stopped early - had 3 chicken wings and no pizza, and drank a lot of water. So glad that my weight this morning was the same as yesterday!! I'm trying to learn that I can have some of those snacks as long as I don't get carried away with it.
Trying to plan out my meals for this week - I find I do much better if I plan my lunch ahead of time. Then I can only eat what I take.
