Mason jar salad spilled onto my plate. Spinach, sweet potatoes, red onion roasted, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, carrot sticks with a touch of sweet sour dressing. Good day thus far, teying to stay on course. Rwady for gym to get teacher stress off me!
