Good Bye Mr. McDonald

I got a gift card to mcdonalds for Xmas so we used it today to get it out of our way. I got a quarter pounder and it was salty 😝 The fries were salty too but I dipped them in some Carolina gold bbq sauce. The only good thing was the Sprite. I dont think i will be eating there anymore. Might do the cafe here and there for a treat but thats it. It also sent us right to the bathroom so our bodies was basically telling us to please stop. The only fast food place that doesnt upset my stomach is Wendys. Love that grilled chicken Asiago club ☺. Still have a Skyline and Chipotle gift card to use this month. Come February I'm putting my foot down and eating right. No junk, no pop, no pastries, watching my added sugar, watching my carbs, drinking a lot of water, a lot of veggies, walking everyday, going to the gym 3x a week, and staying positive.

    Use January as the month to cut down on the junk food gradually so you won't have to go completely cold turkey. Get used to having less sugar and fast food, so you won't feel deprived. Fill in the gaps with fresh, crunchy snacks -- fruits, sweet bell pepper slices, dill pickles. emoticon emoticon emoticon
