It's All About Being Organized

I've started meal prepping on the weekends for the upcoming work week. That really makes a much smoother week for me. Also, I am eating healthier and feeling better. Hardly any heartburn. It's fun to try new recipes. I made cabbage and a spaghetti squash recipe for next week's meal. Of course I had to try it today and I've got to say is yummy. I'm on day 11 of exercising and don't plan on breaking my streak. What works for me is to awaken at 4:30 am during the week and workout. I feel so much better and am wide awake when I arrive at work. I know I won't exercise once I get home so early in the day works best for me. I'm starting the new year off well. Keep moving forward.
