Problem: There are a few things I didn't get for Christmas that I really wanted.
Solution: Making them progress prizes in my health and wellness journey!
Step 1 - Follow through with my January plan. (64 oz of water a day, no restaurant food, alcohol only twice a week and workout 3 days a week)
Step 2 - Lose 5 lbs

My first thought was to take a day off work. I'm not sure what to reward myself with when I hit 10lbs lost. What do you typically reward yourself with? Give me ideas!
