01.13.2020 Workout

So I decided to try something new. Switch things up a bit. I was invited to try Cardio Drumming

(this is just a short clip of the exercises she did)

Although it was fun, my knee and shoulder didn't agree. Unfortunately, I do feel my workout but not in the 'good' way. So if you take a class MODIFY and be careful.
There was no strength training because it was an all cardio workout (YES, I missed my weights emoticon ). So for me it's a here and there...but I would recommend it because again, IT WAS FUN!!

    I've seen videos on this and I think you really have to be coordinated to do it. It looks like a blast but I don't think I could keep up and I know I'm not that coordinated. Heck, there are times I even trip on my own feet when I do my walk/jog intervals. I have to think about what I'm doing to keep up the pace I want. Now that's what I call being un-coordinated...LOL

    Yay for trying something new and that it was fun! Sorry your knee and shoulder didn't agree. YES to modifications! that is huge, unfortunately (at least for me) my body doesn't complain until after the fact so I may not have modified when I should have :(
    I totally need to change up my routine though, thanks for the inspiration.
