So I decided to try something new. Switch things up a bit. I was invited to try Cardio Drumming
(this is just a short clip of the exercises she did)
Although it was fun, my knee and shoulder didn't agree. Unfortunately, I do feel my workout but not in the 'good' way. So if you take a class MODIFY and be careful.
There was no strength training because it was an all cardio workout (YES, I missed my weights
). So for me it's a here and there...but I would recommend it because again, IT WAS FUN!!
