S taying T otality On Plan today (yes I have said STOP today to the items that have tempted me these past two days!)

Today I have been 100% more on plan that the last two days, not sure why because although I planned to stay on plan days 3 and 4 sadly I didn't, well not all of these days. Today has been a completely different story thankfully.

I have also decided to stay away from the scales emoticon as I suspect that they seem to send me a little crazy and totally off plan! emoticon I also found from last years diary that I didn't go to Weigh In till 26th Jan this year so as its only 15th then I don't have to worry too much and try to follow the plan emoticon I can do it.

When I got my Mum in Law up she said she wanted to see the Doctor now and when I finally got through they made her an appointment for Friday morning and I managed to get her feeling something is going to be done about the way she is feeling. She has been coughing all night so no wonder her chest hurts. She has hardly coughed all day while sitting up.

Today I went to my Chronic Conditions club and had a really nice time with the girls. Also I gave one of them a toy for her dog as she kindly gave me a small Christmas gift and her doggy was so excited! emoticon

Take it one choice at a time!
Think of why you are making healthier choices!
The scale can change my mood too, but I think of how I feel, and how my clothes feel!

    Have an AWESOME day!
