OMAD is Working- 199 days to go

I know I started this at 218 then after a stressful few weeks in November my weight went back up to 221.8

I'm looking forward to this fresh new year,
to camping with our family & horses,
to knowing that my horse will not have to carry so many extra pounds.
Today I'm now at 213.4
Something is working.

Staying at 1500 calories
Intermittent fasting
At least 3 miles 3x per week
I think I have found the right combo for me, finally.

Counting down: Day= 199 days until AUGUST 3, 2020 I am averaging -.3 pounds per day will put me hopefully pretty close to striking range of my goal weight. - within about 8 pounds of it. I should, if I stay on track arrive at about 153 and my original goal was 145.

I can't tell you how many years this calculating has gone on, though I can tell you this is THE year it is going to happen. I feel pretty fabulous on intermittent fasting, and have shortened my window of eating from 16:8 to 20:4 and I am feeling much more even burn of energy. To break the fast I've been having blueberries, a salad & then a protein with some carbs and something with fat, such as cream cheese etc.

Am trying to stay walking or elliptical conditioning, though honestly we were in the ER last weekend and I have been pretty focused on Jim. Now that his health scare (likely Lymes)
