Between computer hangups, working and not feeling good, I am not achieving any goals. I did made 11,000+ steps Thursday. I had worked, practiced piano, up and down the stairs … you name it and I did it. I was so surprised when I saw the number of steps. Yesterday and today, I haven't had my tracker on so missed out on what could have been. I'm not promising but I am trying, starting tomorrow, to do much better and make at least the 10,000. Wish me luck as I want to get in this and achieve the best.
