Reasons to lose weight.
1. to improve my health and fitness.
2. to feel physically fit.
3. to live a long, healthy life.
4. to enjoy living in a smaller body.
5. to look good in regular sized clothing.
6. to feel comfortable in a dressing room trying on clothing.
7. to feel pleased with my reflection in a mirror
8. to feel proud of myself
9. to travel without restrictions
10. to do the things I couldn’t or wouldn’t do because of my size.
11. to not be camera shy.
12. to be comfortable going a pool party or beach.
13. to visit the doctor and know I’ll pass with flying colors
14. to be a good example for family members.
15. to never feel fat shamed again.
I think it’s important to create small easily remembered phrases that sum up my Why? Just like Indygirl’s Indyisms.
