Thankful for Repair and What I Can Do

My computer has a new fan and is now working! It is a lot easier for me to read and write, especially SparkMail, on my laptop rather than my phone. I surprised myself that I was able to do almost everything on my phone though.
And here is a picture from last Monday's run. This hawk swooped down and sat eye-level, posing long enough for Shelly to get her camera out of a pouch and get a picture. No telephoto, no enlarging, he was a couple feet from us. I was amazed! You can see the foggy golf course shortly after sunrise is in the background.
And here's a picture documenting Casey and my 122nd challenge day walk. I failed to get him in the picture, but just take my word for it. He enjoyed it. So did I. He's also doing really good bringing the frisbee back nowadays. That's fun, too.
Sunday is the Celebration Half Marathon and many of my friends will be running it. If I had better bones and less risk for stress fracture I would be running it, too. So tomorrow's Galloway run will not have near as many people as usual, but I still intend to have fun. There is a group starting at 5am, but I plan to join the group starting at 6am. Thankful for what I can do. Love the outdoors; love the camaraderie of the group run; love the endorphins and the feeling of accomplishment I get from our runs!!
