End of the day rambling

Knee situation. Back in the 90's I was hiking and the hill gave way under my left foot resulting in my knee bending inward. I rehabbed and it's been pretty good for 20 something years. It "pops out" occasionally but I can extend it and it returns to "normal". A week ago I made a movement that hurt really bad but that too resolved. On Wednesday, first day of vacation it was once again started being unstable and hurting so I bought a brace similar to one I already have at home. RATS! I truly believe if I work on building leg muscles it will correct and stabilize. Problem is I haven't been consistently weight training. Today, my sister and I went to the pool and did water aerobics, worked the legs a lot. I will like a phoenix rise from this.
Word to me he wise, weight lift, it's good ju- ju!
