Sleep 💤? Two different schedules?

Hi 👋 Spark ⚡️ Friends 👫- this past weekend I tried to share a room with a lady who is the complete opposite sleep schedule as me. I go to bed 9 pm and get up 5 am. She goes to sleep around 4:30 am (just as I wake up and she’s nodding off). She woke up around 1 pm. I realize that there are couples that do this to avoid sending children to daycare - but terribly hard! Luckily, she was a sound enough sleeper, that I left our shared space without her waking. Learned that adapting to another’s hours, snoring, cleaning and eating habits is tough! Glad this was temporary for 2 nights and not roommates on a shared lease. How have you coped when you are truly unable to sleep because of another’s TV watching, music, video games etc? Worst yet she refused to give me any eye contact - instead tapping on games/cell phone. Ugh 😩 Thankfully I survived but paid dearly for another hotel room and other unforeseen costs, plus drove home early. Will return later to complete art work she failed to do. PS Have picture but unable to get photo on here. Going to have my cell phone checked out today.
