What my Water Bottle Has to Say

This week I have been evaluating the accuracy of my calorie tracking. Today I am focusing on my water bottle.
I always take this water bottle with me to the gym. Before I leave the house I fill it with water, of course. But sometimes I add something to the water. But I never think about tracking that additive.
I just checked the package 30 calories. Though it does not seem like much, but two or three times a week, I am adding 30 calories to my intake. As I said before all of this adds up.
SOmetimes I add a different powder.
Only 15 calories in this one.
FInally at the gym they offer large jugs of water with lemons or cucumbers in them.
The number of calories are probably less than five for each glass.
WHat I am discovering is that although I have always thought I was being totally accurate in my calorie tracking, I am not.
I wonder what else I am not counting, that I should.
