This is one of the lessons I have learned this week from taking a closer look at my calorie tracking. I was not tracking flavored coffee Kcups. I was not tracking water additives when I go to the gym.
I thought coffee would have no calories. I paid no attention to what I was adding to my water bottle.
I am going to continue looking more closely at my food tracker. It is such a valuable tool here on SP.
I also want to thank all of you for your input and encouragement on this week's journey. I am blessed to have all of you to allow me to b open and honest about my struggles. I am grateful for you sharing yourselves with me too.
