I have been bad.
This past week, I was too busy to cook. And, was highly stressed.
Ate out, mindlessly - adult shakes, Ball Ball Waffle (waffle cone filled with fresh banana, with ice cream, chocolate syrup, & confectioners sugar on top), onion rings, pizza...you name it.
Today was dim sum. Despite saying I wasn't gonna eat the rest of the day, because I was full, I decided to step out of my comfort zone & cook fish. Cod to be exact.
I wanted to make it healthy, & didn't want to use an oven. So, I winged it! The result? Amazing! I cooked it with some olive oil, then when it was about done, I added about a cup of Peach Pineapple Salsa to it. My house smelled wonderful! Added a side of asparagus, & I am back on track!
I know weigh in tomorrow is gonna be bad. But, I did a course correction today vs waiting a day.
