January review and February goals

My only goal for January was to exercise at least ten minutes a day for at least 20 days. I had been feeling kind of down and unmotivated, so I didn’t want to set too high of a goal. I did not reach my goal, though. I only exercised 15 days. On the positive side, at least I exercised half the days of the month.
For February, I am going to go back to the goal of exercising at least ten minutes a day every day. I think the goal of exercising every day is more motivating. So far I have exercised every day this month. My second goal for February is to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. I actually did this for most of January, and I want to do it in February, too. For right now I am just going to focus on these two goals.
