This is what I had to tell myself today. I wasn't really feeling it today but I logged everything, drank my water, stayed under my goal in calories, and I worked out. Its strange how much I was able to do for me even though I wasn't feeling it. So for that I pat myself on the back.

    Way to go. It's not easy to do all that when you aren't feeling it. Heck, it's not easy to do it when you are!
