it is not the scale but the journey

good morning - I do not weigh myself often. I got on the scale and I lost weight. I am at a weight I have not seen in some time. I have more to go, but with all the stress that I have had in my life - it is a good sign. I had decided that I will take whatever loss I can manage. I am not weighing in regularly only on occasion. But the journey means more to me- am I eating good healthy food? and am I exercising regularly and am I managing my emotions during stressful time so not to emotionally eat? The answers to these questions mean more to me than the number on the scale. Have a good day!!
