Water is your body’s most important nutrient and it is involved in every bodily function,making up 70 – 75% of your total body weight and the main reason why it is so important to drink the required amount of water daily.

Not drinking our water, will cause our body to struggle to flush out the waste that collects in the body and this can cause many issues. One of the issues is hypertension.

The lack of water on a daily basis can cause tiredness, energy level to be low, headaches, constipation, dry skin, chapped lips as well as other issues. I experienced this once when playing golf on a very hot day and not drinking the water I had carried with me. emoticon I had a headache and felt like my arms and body parts were made of Jello.
