Move it MOnday

A few years ago, I took this Have A Ball class at the gym. What I liked about it were several things.
First, it kept me moving.
The teacher was positive and helped us adjust if we could not do certain things.
We had lots of laughs.
It made exercise fun.
After a bad fall I hurt my knee and can no longer do floor work, so I had to give up this fun class.
I did not let the injury stop me. I continue to work with my trainer twice a week for an hour.
Today is training day.
I am getting ready to head to the gym.
I hope you all have some kind of movement planned for today.
Let's make this Move it MOnday.
