90 days

I made the 5000 steps now two days in a row and to be honest I really didn't want to walk them today. I did them anyway. I managed them early in the afternoon and have steps to spare this time.

Hubby finely got his dental appointment. It went back and forth between him, the dentist and the cardio clinic and now he got an appointment for Monday. Nope, not a holiday at the clinic, they'll be open. Can you imagine... it's been 10 days already.

I have been playing with some (new for me) yarn today... one is a cotton/nylon mix and the other a cotton/bamboo mix. Both are relatively thin, but they are marked as a #3 weight, so #4 needle (I think that's a 6 here in the States).
The jury is still out if I like working with them, but some people at the market have asked for more natural fibers. So I am looking at it. My usual mode is 100% acrylic simple because it is so carefree to work with, to wash and care for. .. and there is so much of it available. We'll see. I had some ideas for some promotional giveaways; that's why I was playing with my yarn. aways got to test things out first.

tomorrow morning is my first weigh-in and I really don't expect anything there, usually, my weight goes up first, especially after starting a regular exercise program. So I am going to be cautiously optimistic.

I like the synthetic yarn for the same reason. Cotton yarn is good too and inexpensive.
