Exercise excuses.

I have been able to walk about 2 miles everyday but can't seem to get any other exercise in. I am going to start with the spark videos for 10 minutes 2 times a week and then add a day each week then move to 15 minutes 2 times a week etc. My goal is to do 30 minutes 2 times a week.
