An indoors sort of day

Today it snowed all day. It wasn't nice fluffy snow it was icy pellets snow. It was snow that makes it dangerous to go out power walking in. That prevented me from getting my power walking and and I was very disappointed.

So what do you do when you can't get do fitness inside. I did a walking video and I did strength training as well as more walking indoors so I could get my 10,000 steps in. I did clean house as well so the day was not a total loss.It never is if you eat healthy and keep active.

I actually ate very little today but what I did eat was healthy and I did remain active all day and evening. Not my favorite type of day and I admit it put me in a somber mood but as my little great granddaughter always says "I'm okay"
Tomorrow is a new day and they are calling for sunshine even though it will be cold. Sunshine is good! emoticon

If you can go out because of the weather, stay inside and get creative.

    I agree that a day is not a total loss if you eat healthy and keep active! Whenever I don't do that, the day feels sort of wasted. So good for you for taking the positive action of working out inside and getting some cleaning done. I'm sure you went to bed satisfied with what you'd done and looking forward to some sunshine!

    On these type of days I like to turn up the music and dance like no one is watching.
