Hitting the 5000 steps is getting easier by the day and upping the numbers. So Monday I start 5500 steps and I really need to watch what I eat at night. - or snack on. I have all the right stuff but still, find myself with candy while apples and oranges sit in a basket on the sideboard. Maybe I should give up snacking at night altogether.
