It's Do a Grouch a Favor Day! It's not just for Oscar the Grouch on Sesame Street, but for all less-than-sunny people you know. Take the time to give your grouch a hand. They probably won't thank you but you'll feel better knowing you reached out.

--Tim Tam Day: every country has an iconic treat and this is it for Australia; 2 chocolate malted biscuits with fluffy filing and dipped into milk chocolate; the name story is the executive of the company said it would be called the name of whatever horse won the Kentucky Derby in 1958 and so the treat was named Tim Tam.
--The tomb of pharaoh Tutankhamun was unsealed in Egypt in 1923.
