Spring Time Planning

I was doing some thinking today and part of my exercise plan is going to include walking up and down the block a few times in the morning after I get my meds in me. We are suppose to be in the 70's for the rest of February here in Los Angeles, so the weather will not be my excuse. I also am thinking of purchasing a Frisbee and start going to Grand Park at least once a week with a friend for some old fashioned Frisbee throwing. I am also wanting to take a Yoga class if I can find one that meets regularly and for cheap. So that is part of my exercise plan. I have to start somewhere. Yes, I may have to be careful due to my health but getting more overweight is not going to help my health either.

Today, my SP Coach Lesson talked about Exercise Motivators. I copied them down and put them in my bullet journal so that I have sayings to give myself pep talks.
