Here's a cute little guy to brighten your day.

Sun is shining 🌞 through my window, blinding me but who would move. The light streams through reviving my withered soul after days of gray. It's still crazy cold and listening to the weather report last night made me shiver. Cold rain/ snow. I am dreaming of putting a second bathroom in my house with a steam shower to combat this crazy cold season. Just dreaming of sitting in the steam with some aroma therapy and some calming music makes me feel relaxed, so image what it would do in real time.

Today my knee is feeling so much better. I have renewed hope for the poor thing. I have an afternoon meet up with my friend to taste and buy wine with some lunch too. Excited to get out and enjoy some time with her. If, and that's a big IF, my knee does well I might try some time on the treadmill and light exercise. YEA!!!!

Here's a good thought to end this blog. NEVER settle, don't be mediocre!

I'm glad to hear the sun is shining and you have a bit of reprieve with your knee pain. Lunch with your friend is just what you need to get out and lift your spirits even higher!. Do take it easy though with exercise. The last thing you want to do is to make things worse.

Enjoy your outing but do take the exercise bit slowly, maybe only one type until you see orthodox? And set some parameters for your son- mom should not be hobbling about dealing with garbage!!!
