I didn't feel well this week, so I wasn't eating very much. As a result I lost quite a bit of weight.

Total Weight Lost: -23.6 lbs
almost back to 25 pounds lost again. Can't do much to predict my weight loss right now. Just seem to be going with the flow.

Body Water Gained: +0.1%
Total Body Water Gained: -0.4%
gained a little bit of water. haven't been taking my water pills, really, but I'm sure my salt is down.

body fat is down. likely due to eating less.

muscle mass down a lot but then I haven't been exercising.

lost a bit of bone mass. probably because I haven't been eating alot.

lost visceral fat. really just seem to toss visceral fat around.

metabolism went down as it usually does when I lose weight.

overall stats look pretty good and I'm doing well right now. No complaints really.
