We weigh and add it to our sheet on the fridge, but I've officially lost 13lbs since I started seeing the weightloss DR. Hoping when we weigh the 28th, my husband and me, that I'm down 3 more lbs.

I'm 5.2lbs away from the 10% weight lost goal!

We're increasing my appetite controlling pill, because it hits bad at night sometimes.

We're still working, during this virus pandemic, obviously, as I work to deliver for Amazon. They DID give us a pay increase from monday until the end of April, which could be longer depending on the situation of things, I'm guessing. The paycheck will look nice!

For work days, I take my pill before I leave home, I might eat a protein bar, and then 2-4 fruits at work, one serving of cereal, and another protein bar if I happen to have it, and I am not eating anything else until I get home, pill increase is because I make some bad decisions sometimes once home for dinner... The food mentioned above is only how the last 2 days have been. I'm so happy!

Lemme give you a quick rundown. I gained 60lbs in my pregnancy 2014-2015. After having my son in Sept 2015, I was up to 310lbs... I can MAINTAIN a weight... so I was between 308-310 for years. I managed to drop to 304-306 and decided it was time to see a weight specialist.
Starting at 302.4lbs, I started to log my calories, seeing my bad habits and worked to fix them, got down to 294.... but then went to fluctuating between 294~296lbs when put on this low dosage appetite pill.

289.4 is what I woke up to, today. I'm SO happy! My highest weight before pregnancy was 272. My lowest since graduating high school, in 2014 before falling pregnant, I was down to 245lbs.
Hoping to shed as much as I can because if I could be 240-250 by December 2020, I'd be happy enough. That means I have 49lbs to drop between today and December.
_____________

What should be a celebration goal, as my starting with weight dr was 302? What weight and what should I do as a reward for the hard work?

Celebrating every 10 pounds lost but not with food. Also celebrate non-scale victories like small pant size. It's awesome that you're losing weight

What I did was put 5 treats( new outfit, pedicure etc) into 5 envelopes- each time I lost 10lb I got to open one 😊. Breaking weight loss into smaller more achievable goal s helped me 😊
