In these crazy times, just keeping my wits is a goal!
However, I am recommitting to doing at least 10 minutes of exercise (really going for a minimum of 30 minutes) every day because I know it helps my stress level, but also because it will keep me moving in these days where we are so restricted to our homes. I live in NYC and my daily commute required a minimum of 4 times up and down the subway steps, plus, of course, my walk to and from home and work to the subway. It is really important to me that I do not lose my mobility.
