Walk around the neighborhood or doing walking DVDs 4 times per week.
Do strength training (body weight exercises or the hand weights I have) 3 times per week for 10 minutes.
Continue to track food daily, even if I go over.
Stay within my calorie range 5 out of 7 days per week. (Gives me a little wiggle room on the weekends.)
No nighttime eating more than once per week.
Aim for 7 hours of sleep per night. Go to bed and get up at about the same time daily, including Saturdays.
Drink 8 glasses of water per day.
I am doing well. Staying inside 95% of the time. Just going outside to walk in the neighborhood several times per week. Very few people out there, so it's easy to avoid others. I'm having groceries, pet food, and household goods delivered. I am not eating out more than once a week so I am avoiding others. I remain healthy and have plans to keep it that way.
Work is going well. I am making mistakes I would rather not make but also learning a lot in the process. Each week is new and different. I finished the bookkeeping for the one corporation I was working on since Feb. and am waiting to be assigned a new one. In the meantime, I am working for the tax team getting documents ready and organized for tax clients, calling clients to remind them to sign their taxes, and going through and responding to emails from clients. On Friday I will (hopefully) be going on payroll. I will call my main boss Friday morning and see what he says. I know I have to get my SS card and driver's license to him, so I am looking at figuring out how to get my printer to scan docs to my computer this week. We shall see!
Today I'm Grateful For....
1) Audiobooks-- I've been listening to them while cleaning and walking.
2) That the weather is nice and cool and overcast here. It's supposed to rain this week and I'm looking forward to it.
3) That I have plenty of good food to eat in the fridge, though I am planning on cooking cabbage with rice and cauliflower steaks tomorrow night.
