Keep It Moving

As this horrible virus continues to grip our country, city, neighborhood, it becomes (for me, at least) harder and harder to keep my mind positive and my body moving. It's easy to fall into a malaise and stop doing all the things you know you should be. I'm referring to exercise in particular. And while I know it is the right thing to do, I have to push myself a little harder to get that first stretch or sit up done. It is easier when I can get up and go outside to walk or bike but when the weather prevents that (like today) I have to really rally up to pull a video up and get my 10 to 30 minutes of exercise done. But, I am committed to keep it moving -- so I will.
