I just started making real changes and I can already feel my old self coming back. I made some brownies and I ate some, but put most of it back. Just two weeks ago, I would have eaten the whole thing because I could. Anyway, I was trying to fall asleep tonight and I was like "I should make a goal to do well for 100 days. To lose weight and get fit as much as I can in that time." Last time I went to a con, I was exhausted just walking around a bit. Well, 100 days just happens to be the first day of my next convention! So, part of my "rewards" is just going to be able to go around the con more confident, stronger, and more fit than before. I'll have to make some SMART goals, but right now I'm just for to work on making better choices and eating cleaner (especially reducing sugar intake).
