More strict diet/exercise program.

Starting from today, I'll have a stricter program regarding my diet and exercise routine.
I was losing weight but then recently gained a little back. I'm 199 lbs now, 5'8" and 1/2, 50 years old, female.
I'll clean my diet even more, more salads and lean protein, more eggs, more water, no more diet soda (even without caffeine), less sweets.
Daily exercise, yoga in the morning, walks/runs before lunch and Pilates or lifting weights in the afternoon.
I have some problems (again) with lower back-pain and it's absolutely necessarily to lose some weight.
In about 6 months I hope that I'll be able to lose about 20-30 lbs. Hopefully.
I will also stop stepping on the scale every morning. I'll do it in the future only once a month, the first day of the month.
