Day #7 of Intermittent Fasting

Have you heard of Intermittent Fasting? Is anyone else doing Intermittent Fasting?
Day #7 of my intermittent fasting is officially done. I thought this was going to be difficult, but my body adjusted very quickly. I am currently eating 8 hours and fasting 16 hours. I was thinking of eating for 4 hours and fasting 20. Especially on my days off when I am not as active. I have already lost 5 pounds, which I know is water weight. Now the real journey begins.
All of a sudden I have motivation to lose this weight. I am extremely tired of being FAT and have been over it for a while now. I have 66 pounds to go to reach my goal weight. One day at a time!
Things that I have done to keep myself focused and accountable:
*I have reset my Fitbit to my current start weight. To make it easier for me to track how much weight I actually lost going forward.
*Made sure my food scale is working, it's been a while since I've used it. I either over estimate or under estimate how much I eat. Calories In vs. Calories Out is key to success. Thus, I need to be honest with what I am putting in my mouth.
*I will log every single bite I put in my mouth.
*I don't care what I have to do, but I have a goal of reaching 10,000 steps 5 days a week. I allow myself 2 days of rest to reset my body.
How did everyone one do today?
