How was Day #8 of Intermittent Fasting?
I definitely ate during my time frame, but I really need to work on how I eat on my days off. I'm going to try fasting for 20 hours and eating for 4 hours. This will limit the amount of food that I have time to eat. The key is finding the best time of the day to eat. I was thinking lunch time will be the best, but of course I'm unsure what will work best. I tracked every single bite today, but I really need to plan out my meals better. I'm disappointed with how many calories I ate and I know I could do better. I ate and then tracked, which is bad. I need to flip it, to track and then eat. It will help to keep my portions in control. I know better, but I'm still a work in progress. I'm most proud because I got in my 10,000 steps as I promised myself. On my days off, I'm definitely not active enough.
