BLC43 SMART GOALS

I am shifting my goals from weight loss to weight maintenance. Since the last round of BLC ended, there have been a few things that I have let slide. These are the things I want to focus on so they truly do become habitual. All of these are for the duration of BLC43.
1. I will eat 5 freggies every day.
2. I will walk a minimum of 10,500 steps every day.
3. I will complete one TNT every week.
4. I will stretch for at least 5 minutes 3 times a week.
I am ready!
