Broken foot & still sitting on my BUTT...

When I broke my left foot in February I just quit exercising completely; you know to "rest my foot".... After about a month and a half on the couch, or in my recliner I thought I better get back into some sort of exercise routine-even if it was wimpy exercise. So I figured I do some yoga and went to get my yoga video I liked. WELL I could not find my favorite yoga video and figured it would eventually show up-but it still has not. So now its almost May and I'm still sitting on my butt not doing anything. I like to do about 30 minutes a day low impact w/the broken foot (I go back to doctor around May 18th).
Anyway if you have any 30-minute low impact exercise -especially due to broke foot- please drop me a note/suggestion.
