So....I gained 3 pounds overnight...ugh. I knew it would happen. I wasn’t going to log my entry, then realized I was missing a learning opportunity if I didn’t. I logged all my foods yesterday: bagel for breakfast, PBJ for lunch, chips/salsa for snack w 2 margaritas, burrito for dinner, banana nut bread for dessert. All in all....over 3000 calories. Further, over 5000mg of sodium. That gets me every time. I know this is a temporary gain and as long as I exercise restraint this week, it will come off. And I will. I am determined to reach my goal!
