So....I gained 3 pounds overnight...ugh. I knew it would happen. I wasn’t going to log my entry, then realized I was missing a learning opportunity if I didn’t. I logged all my foods yesterday: bagel for breakfast, PBJ for lunch, chips/salsa for snack w 2 margaritas, burrito for dinner, banana nut bread for dessert. All in all....over 3000 calories. Further, over 5000mg of sodium. That gets me every time. I know this is a temporary gain and as long as I exercise restraint this week, it will come off. And I will. I am determined to reach my goal!

    Boy, can I relate - I also had margaritas, plus a special dried cherry, chocolate chip cookie from a specialty bakery in Michigan (it was a gift, so how could I resist?) It happens, as Scarlet says, "Tomorrow is another day...."

    I have sooo much trouble with sodium and fluid too.
    It will come back down with little extra exercise and plenty of water.

    You’ve got the right attitude. That sodium made you hang on to fluid. Flush it out and you should do okay. I think it’s awesome that you recorded it! xoxo
