Day 3 woohoo

Day 3 Great day and the sun was shining! So what do you do in Wisconsin when the sun is out??? You grill out! I had 1 brat and 1 hot dog with sauerkraut and no buns. I finished the day with my carbs being 104. I want to keep my carbs at 100 or less. I am workimg on my nightly exercising I did 20 mins this morning and going for 30 mins tonight. I am almost there. 50 mims of exercise is my daily goal. My hips and back are feeling so much better! I did wake up sore and rubbed icy hot and had my heating pad on all day. At one point my husband walked into the office andsaid it smelt like a old person... He should talk he is turning 40 this year. Lol 😆 hopefully when I move back to the office my office chair doesn't smell like icy hot! Ha!

    Didn't have any sun to speak of in this part of Wisconsin! Still would have been nice enough to grill with the clouds, but haven't moved my grill home yet. Gives me something to look forward to! Great job with your goals!
