Longest streak in my life

I have maintained my "new" way of eating for over 1 year - in fact, as of the end February last year, I started making the changes that led to the way I live now. I began intermittent fasting on 3/1. Then, about 1 month later, I started making the effort to reduce my carb intake.

I now get any carbs that I eat from veggies. I don't have bread, pasta, sugar or potatoes any longer. I avoid starchy veggies and have gotten creative reworking recipes that I used to enjoy in the past.

I am down 65 lbs in the last year. I feel better than I have in years. I went from a pant size 24 to size 16. I don't feel bloated or lethargic any longer. My parents who will be 70 later this year are also at their lowest weights in DECADES. They have both lost over 50 pounds as well.

I've never ever maintained a new way of eating this long and I believe that I have finally found a way of eating that works for me. Just wanted to check in to make sure that I continue to track my progress!
