389.7!!!! Yeah!!! Lost 2 more lbs overnight. This is the least I’ve weighed for over 2 years. Less than 10 lb to go for my next goal :)
Yesterday we went walking in the park for the first time in over a month. I managed to go a mile, but I had to rest on the benches a few times. I’m amazed how working from home has me so out of shape — but I’m fixing it! I’m resting today and walking again tomorrow. I know walking a mile doesn’t seem like much of a workout, but when you’re my size, and the trail has hills, it really is!
I ate a good amount yesterday (approx 2400 cal), but I had a lot fewer carbs than normal. I’m not having any refined sugar and am saving most of my carbs for the dinner meal so I have something to look forward to throughout the day. My goal is 1900-2400 cal/day, less than 105 net carb. I might have a cheat meal once a week, or I may decide to stick to it and not cheat — just giving myself a little bit of wiggle room.
