Tonight the boys went to bed peacefully, and I wanted to exercise...but my back is killing me. For some reason all day I caught myself standing with my stomach and hips thrust forward, and it was hurting my back all day. I'm not sure why I was doing that...maybe I was compensating from exercising yesterday since it's all core focused? I am unsure. I will ask my husband later his thoughts...

For now I've got Deep Blue on my low back, Grey's Anatomy rerun in the background, and I'm focusing on food. Making this moment count. I've just spent about 30 minutes walking through the living room coming up with a list of food that I would normally eat so I have a sense of things. If I can prepare in advance, I can do this. And I need to do this. I need to focus on food.

So I'm going to plan what a healthy day would be. I'm going to start there. I'll start planning a whole week out if I can. Just to see what happens...
