Two hikes in one week!

I did it again! More than a mile this time and it wasn’t as difficult as last time (but it wasn’t as hilly either). Pic below, we went on a trail near the river:
I’m super proud of myself. My eating has been on track all but one day (two nights ago I thought it was a good idea to get pizza??? I ended up not eating most of the crust but I still had way too many calories, so I’m counting that as my weekly cheat meal).
It’s been rough for me. I am thinking about food all the time. I really hope the cravings start to go away the more I refuse to give in to them.
Edit: technically I had 2.5 hikes this week but I had to stop early Friday due to pain in my leg (which is thankfully gone now). Goal for next week is 2 more hikes. Week after that I may try 3 again.
