New motivation

Recently I bought a Fitbit Inspire HR. It has motivated me to exercise and along with that I'm tracking and trying to eat healthier.

My goal is to get down to 100 lbs. DH promised me $50 if I can do it. I conquered my goal of 110 lbs for $100, the took a nose dive upward and stated to gain again. I'm around 4'7" so every inch and ounce shows.

I'm starting to feel better and have more strength. I'm doing the 250 steps every hour, which I changed from 11: - 7:00 to 11:00 - 4:00. Last 250 is at 4:00. That way I don't have to rush around to fix supper. It got o be a hassle.

I working out on more of my exercise tapes but I do my own routine too. Also, a lot of prayers to keep motivated and inspired.

If I can do this, so can you.
