Stick to the Plan!

There are days when I give me energy to eating right and getting in my exercise, and the numbers just don't show it. And then there are days like yesterday.
I got up early, took care of my morning routine, but had no time to stretch and get in my walk. I still ate a very low carb healthy diet, and get in a short walk later in the day, but it was not my usual 15K day. My FitBit only reached 7.5. I get in just over my usual amount of steps. Normally when this happens, my blood sugar numbers will be high. I live with Type 2 Diabetes, (T2D) and control it with medication, food and exercise. I have seen my early morning reading go from 165 down to 136. For me, that is very good.
Today I'm back out on my morning walk. I have a good plan that is working for me. It is rewarding to see the numbers drop into the healthy range. Whether you're looking at weight or blood sugar, stick to the SparkPeopleplan. The plan works!
