This pic of my mom’s 12 lb dog trying to pull the 1200lb horse cracks me up! I have been doing well eating, still on my plateau but at least I am maintaining so I am not going to get annoyed this time. I am going to try to be more diligent and active but I feel like I’m already pretty active but I am still going to work on it. I rode my indoor bike yesterday and today for 30 minutes. I had also been slacking at my arm stuff so started that up again before I break that habit completely!! I do plank, push ups and some arm weights but had stopped for some dumb reason for the last 2-3 weeks. Why?? Why do we stop stuff that is good for us?? No more stopping!!!
