Day #42 of Intermittent Fasting
I'm really enjoying this journey this time around more than before. I think it's because I understand the basics of weight loss. Calories in vs Calories out and making sure to have a calorie deficit. Sounds simple, but I'm definitely still a work in progress. I found the "Zero" apps through one of my YouTube ladies I watch. It totally helps me to keep track of how long I've been fasting without even thinking. I'm definitely honest with every single bite I eat by keeping track on my Fitbit. Even when I eat poorly, I make sure to hold myself accountable. I have many conversations with myself, reminding me of my goals. I definitely have the good angel on my left and the bad angel on my right. Thankfully, the Good Angel is winning most battles/temptations.

Some positives through this journey:
*I've lost 13 pounds
*3 more pounds to get into the 180's
*I have tons of energy
*I've added apple cider vinegar daily
*I get in 1 gallon of water daily
*My joints are working in my favor
*Not as many aches and pains
*I prep 2 meals per day and stop after my feeding window
*I feel in control
*I get in 10,000+ steps daily (No excuses)
*I've discovered, keeping my first meal simple with not too many calories. I will get in the rest of my calories during my 2nd meal and snack. If I eat too many calories when I break my fast, I'm not hungry until 6-8 hours later. Thus, I'm Eating for 8 hours instead of the 4. The good think is that I'm still Intermittent Fasting, but for 16 hours instead of the 20.
*Clothes are definitely fitting better
*Looking forward to being a size smaller really soon

Things I'm still working on:
*What time to break my fast, to not get hungry.
*Should I fast for 16 hours or 20 hours, which one is best for my body.
*Making sure that I'm eating between 1200-1500 calories daily.
*I've had too many days, where I've eaten less than 1200. Not healthy, I know! My body definitely tells me it needs more fuel.
Hope everyone is doing well and let's stay strong together!
