Lost More Weight This Week

I had made a post about the weight I'd lost earlier this week, but I wanted to post a blog that showed how much weight I had actually lost in a week's time. So in the past 7 days (since May 23) here are the comparisons of my stats. I seem to be doing really well with my weight loss right now for whatever reason.
Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Week's Weight: 286.6 lbs
This Week's Weight: 277.6 lbs
This Week's Weight Weight Loss: -9 lbs
Weight Loss Goal Per Week: 1 lb
Total Weight Lost: -19 lbs
almost back to a 20 lb loss now. So doing really well right now. Both my calorie trend and my macros are looking really good right now, as well. So the healthy eating seems to be paying off finally.
Starting Body Water: 36.9%
Last Week's Body Water %: 35.5%
This Week's Body Water %: 35.7%
This Week's Body Water Gained: +0.2%
Body Water Gain Per Week Goal: +0.1%
Total Body Water Gained: %-1.2%
gained a little bit of body water, as well. I've been taking my water pills again and eating less salt and alot less fat, so that is likely why I gained water.

lost some body fat, as well. Eating so healthy has definitely made a difference in my body fat, as well.
Starting Muscle Mass: 144.6lb
Last Week's Muscle Mass: 134.4 lb
This Week's Muscle Mass: 130.8
Muscle Mass Gained This Week:-3.6 lbs
Muscle Mass Gained This Week Goal: +0.5 lb
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -13.8 lbs
lost a lot of muscle, but then I haven't been as active or exercising at all so that would be why.
My stats look pretty good right now. I am really happy with the weight loss I've had lately and am close to being back to my highest amount of weight lost. So I seem to be back on track right now anyway.
